Multi Skilled Tradesperson

Painting/Decorating & General Building Works.

CIS registered preferred.

 

We are maintenance company with a more than **** properties to look after in SW London and are looking for a handymen/cleaner to join our team and undertake general maintenance /cleaning tasks such as:

You'll also work closely with our Property Management Team ensuring apartment set-up checklists are completed, apartments are free from defects and that everything is ready for our new TT.

 

 

Ø Driving the company van to apartment locations across the city

Ø Loading and unloading packages

Ø Testing all appliances and anything with a switch or button

Ø Installing electrical appliances

Ø Assembling furniture

Ø Painting & decorating

Ø Unpacking interior items & placing them in the correct place

Ø Hanging artwork & mirrors

Ø Changing door locks & testing keys

Ø Clearing rubbish

Ø Taking images of apartments

Ø Basic carpentry

Ø Patch plastering / wall repairs

Ø General building knowledge

Ø Cleaning after TT

Ø Communicating with our customers in a professional manner

Ø Ability to work alone

Ø Inspecting apartments against the check-in report

Ø Carrying out any maintenance works

Ø Clearing rubbish

Ø Removing anything that belongs to privies TT at the end of the tenancy - furniture and packs

 

Daily rate is based on experience

Company Van + Tools + Company card
